协会性质: 中国财务公司协会（以下简称 “中国财协”）于1994年经中国人民银行批准成立，是企业集团财务公司的行业自律性组织，是全国性、非营利性的社会团体法人。在中国境内批准设立的企业 集团财务公司均可自愿申请成为中国财协会员。中国财协的业务主管机关是国家金融监督管理总局，社团登记机关是中华人民共和国民政部。
        Role of Associati: Established in 1994 up the approval of the People's Bank of China, China Natial Associati of Finance Companies (hereinafter referred to as "CNAFC") is a self-disciplinary organizati for finance companies of enterprise groups as well as a natial and nprofit social entity. Any finance company of enterprise group established up the approval within the territory of China can apply for the membership of CNAFC at its own will. CNAFC is subject to the supervisi of China Banking Regulatory Commissi and registered under the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China
        协会宗旨：遵守国家宪法、法律法规和国家政策，遵守社会道德风尚，认真履行“自律、维权、协调、服务”的职责，促进会员单位实现共同利益，推动财务公司行业规范、稳健发展。
